FTM-180/2T Facial Tissue Folding Machine Specification

FTM（2T) complete series of removable pull-out type facial tissue folding machinesare used to fold facial tissues into chain-type cross-folded pieces after the base paper is cut with a knife roll; the folded facial tissue can be pulled out one by one by each pulling, so that the facial tissue can be used conveniently and kept clean. This kind of machine adopts vacuum suction and automatic fold counting functions, with such advantages as high speed, neatly folding, and easy to operate etc.

Folding Unit:

1. Size of folding roller: 550mm (width), material is chromium plated 45# steel.

2. Applicable roll quantity: 12~16GSM（2ply/3 ply）tissue paper

3. Finished product open size: 180±2mm X(130~250)

4. Finished product folding size: 90±2mm X(130~250)

7. Folding cylinder is used double air valve structure, the material is hard-wearing NYLON.

8. Transverse paper cutter type: the roller of top blade material is chromium plated 45# steel

1 sheet steel top blade front and back. Material is SKD-II, hardness HRC 58~60;

3 sheet high speed steel underside blade, hardness HRC 60~62;

9. Circular blade: one blade front and back

10. Edge embossing unit: underside cylinder is bearing steel, hardness HRC 58~60

4 edge embossing front and back. Material is bearing steel.

11. Main frame is panel structure, thickness is 40mm.

Embossing Unit: 4 embossing cylinder steel against steel or steel (steel to rubber)

Unwind Unit:

1. Width of parent paper: 520mm
